PROFESSIONAL BIO
Hello, I’m MARK. I am a Creative Director with a 25-year career history of helping business at critical turning points define, design and build new futures.
My efforts have contributed to the success of various projects for global agencies such as BBDO, Saatchi, and DDB. I have had the privilege of working with a diverse range of brands, including industry giants like Pepsi and Motorola and Four Seasons as a variety of smaller businesses and non-profit organizations.
As a proud graduate of the esteemed Art Center College of Design in Los Angeles, CA, I bring a wealth of talent and industry experience to every project. I am dedicated to developing effective solutions to today’s marketing challenges while adhering to client-specific budgets and timelines, always with precision and integrity.
In my previous role as Executive Producer at Republik, a top-tier agency in Raleigh, NC, I oversaw all production elements from 2015 onwards. My focus on delivering high-quality work and innovative approaches was instrumental in the agency's success, earning numerous awards during my tenure.
Currently, I am serving as the Creative Director for Voltari Electric High Performance Boats, where I continue to showcase my expertise and passion for creative excellence in the marketing arena.
THIS IS THE REAL ME…
My journey’s been rich with lessons and I show up now with clarity, purpose, and heart. Rather than perform, I’d rather share honestly: life has taken me far, and taught me well.
I’ve called sixteen cities home and wandered into remote corners of the world. I’ve been bitten by sharks, rappelled down skyscrapers, taught photography to blind students, been stranded in Mexico, and crewed the first electric boat to cross the Gulf Stream. As a kid I drove a VW bus with flames down the side and toured with the Grateful Dead back when Jerry was alive. My daughter is named after the moon; my son, after the great Miles Davis.
But my story wasn’t built in a straight line. It’s layered, lived, and full. Every stop, every shift, every lesson has added something to me and I carry it all with gratitude. I’ve journeyed through landscapes of emotion, leaving behind echoes of both heartache and heroism. My chapters are stitched with departure, wonder, risk, reinvention, and the weight of lessons learned.
The highs gave me momentum and gratitude. The blows gave me perseverance and perspective. I’ve been rebuilt by breakdowns and held together by scar tissue. These days, I’m not chasing attention or reaching for glory. I’m creating with intention, passion and purpose, aiming only to leave things better than I found them.
